41. New Ending Idea

I felt that the ending for the story was too tame, boring and not dramatic, but I didn't want it to be extremely gory and disgusting to watch.

Talia brought the idea up from Romeo and Juliet, where Juliet is laying down, seemingly dead and Romeo is about to kill himself. Juliet then shows that she is alive by waking up, however, Romeo drank the poison and is going to die.

This link is the clip of that scene.

The script would be something like:

LI enters the room, while V is choking on flowers. V dies. LI watches with a shocked expression.

LI: "I have something to tell you. I love you."

LI rests the sunflower and Chrysanthemum on V's body.

This allows for a more dramatic and intimate ending that resolves how LI feels about V.

The actual way the end would look, like where is V coughing up flowers, is not completely thought of, but it would still be in the room. Then probably have V coughing into a trash can, filled with blood and flowers. I could try to create something to have an actual flower come out of my mouth, although I don't know how gross that would be to watch.
