Shot 1: The beginning of the scene. I had filmed this quite late in the evening, meaning it was dark outside and there was no light coming through the little window. The audience wouldn't know that there's a window, but having the shot start from pitch black wasn't the best choice.
For some reason, the left wall looks flat, like the wall of the door is just a continuous wall, but there's a towel rack on the left wall. The whole shot looks extremely odd and I will be re-filming this by slightly angling to the left, so the audience can see the corner.
Flower in the sink shot: The issue is mainly I didn't have my hand reaching a grabbing it. I hadn't drawn this in the storyboard/ thought of it at all until I was editing. I decided to put it between a shot of me reaching for the flower, at a side profile, to add a little bit more chaos to the calm.
Drawer of flowers: I was mostly nervous, in case I stained the inside with the fake blood, so the real shot I imagined, I couldn't get. It's just way too empty (I also didn't realize how big the drawer was). I will refilm this shot, plus showing the flower fall into the drawer from that height to, just to see how it looks. Next time, there's going to be more flower petals around and maybe some blood, if I can find a way to have it not on the drawer itself.
For that overhead shot, it looks blurry and dark. The light doesn't reach to the drawer so I would have to lighten the shot some other way. As for the blurriness, just make sure it's in focus, there's not much more I could do. There's multiple shots with that similar effect and I don't know why.
Overall: There needs to be more angles for me to create a fast paced, panicked scene. I did have a front facing shot of V, but something about it looks wrong and I didn't want to use it. I am going to get a higher shot of me washing my face, to have it quickly change from lower to higher. There will be a shot, with me looking in the mirror, where V changes her expression to calm.
