14. Actors

The actors will include me and my friend Talia.

There was a bit of thought on who I wanted in my film, but mostly I decided on who I would be most comfortable in my house, so I rejected any idea of using someone who I barely knew. I wanted the characters to have a slightly large height difference, mainly because I think it looks cute. As well as complete opposite completions since "opposites attract" but in the sense of physical features, rather than interests/ actions.

I decided to use myself as an actress again because I actually want to do this film; I don't know if someone else can do exactly what I want and no one else wanted to be in my film.

My actress is Talia!

She has stated that she cannot act! However, she's one of the people I am most comfortable around so it'll be fine. One of her best features is that she is extremely expressive in a natural way, like there may have to be a build up to get those reactions that she can't put on the spot; this would make filming and editing a little long, but if the reactions are good I think it will be worth it. She is a bit shorter than I am, which is still cute to look at; plus when framing shots, the camera won't have to be extremely far away to get both of us in it. We live very close to each other, so traveling won't be a problem. She's also very adorable and I believe the audience will love her.

My first actress didn't work, mainly because she stated that she cannot act and that I will get irritated with the way she cannot follow directions. Honestly, it sucks. We had complete opposite features, along with complementary hair (brown and orange), which I would've made into something like "Our hairs complement each other, so we should be together!". We didn't even complement each other in our friendship, how could we be in love with each other? We had about a 2-inch height difference, which was larger with shoes on and could've been silly to have some shots angled up/down to show that off.

I believe that I made the best choice I could for an actress. She is someone who will help bring my film to life in the strongest way.
