19. Park Scene

I decided that the story should simply be two friends going to the park.

For the viewers to not be completely bored, I made it so we were walking around a bit before getting onto swings. Here it will alternate from front and back shots of the two walking together and handheld shots of one character in the frame, to give a more personal, direct feel, like the audience is having the conversation too.

The swing idea is meant to show how much time they spend together, just talking. The idea is to have a time-lapse of us sitting on the swings and talking. During this, the sun should be setting (the two spent the whole day together from the room to the park) and it should be seen in the time-lapse. If the time-lapse comes out terribly: I would have a slow fade to black, black screen for a couple seconds and come back when it's near nighttime. After this, LI decides that it's time for her to leave and walks off in one direction. V stays for a little while longer, then walks off in the opposite direction.

Having the day end at the park allows for better lighting in the room, it's very dark when it's nighttime and I don't have strong, nice, natural bulb lights. Also, gives the opportunity for an outfit change. Currently, I don't have much of an idea but LI would be in bright colors. When LI comes into the room the next day, she would be in darker, gloomier colors, showing her mood.

This is a picture of the storyboard, which show the two walking together, along with the different perspectives there will be during this walk.
